caller i.d. on analog lines

1. on which revision is it available?
2.does it need a software license?
3.will this work on specific ELU number?
4. Any problems when it works?

Hi,

I have tested this feature on the MX-ONE Telephony Switch (BC13). You do need a license:
ANALOGUE-EXTENSION-CLIP FAL1046191 100 0
I am not a 100% sure but I guess it is only working with the new ELU34. No problems so far...

Thank you Kressmark ,but I have MD110 bc 12.1 and ,I need to enable this caller i. d. on analog extension feature, for the full capacity which is 4500 extensions ,do i have to order mx-one system, would that affect the analog extension capacity .Is it difficult to upgrade from md110 bc12 to mx one.
One last question would this affect the duplication of the common control.

Hi,
caller id for analogue is working in bc12.1 sp6 and above with only ELU29/11 R10J just you have to have a license:
A-NUMBER-DISPLAY-ATS FAL1041997 YES
and change cat to ICAT=8000 and it will work.

I thank you for answering ,but still it did not work please suggest if there is a specific patch or programming that I have to do.
Also may be this is market specific ,what Iam asking about relates to US market,or general availability.
One more thing I read your message befor this answer and you were asking the same question about caller I.D. did you have an answer so soon?

As I toed you I have tested this feature in the lab and in some customers with standard applications system it works only with ELU29/11 R10J and the license should be activated .But with ELU29/11 R7A or R6G or less does not work and our support promised that all ELU29 with all revisions will work and just they are making tests.
For your market I haven’t any idea.
