I have another question for everyone...I recorded greetings 1-4 on a new call pilot and have a ccr home/menu path 0 answering immediately after that. There is a length of time after the company greeting plays and before the home/menu greeting plays that is quite a delay. Any advice on how to shorten the period of time???

go back to greeting 1-4 and make sure that you hit the OK button immediately after the last word of the greeting. then make sure that there is no pause before the CCR path 0. These are supposed to play in an immediate sequence so this should do it. You might try without the CCR active and just the AA Menu prompt playing instead and see if there is that delay happening there.
