How can I convert all the mailboxes on a large Call Pilot system (over 3000 mailboxes) from 4 digit DNs to 7 digit DNs? Can I do it without losing mailbox messages and greetings? The CP is tied to a Nortel 81C.

I know there is a multible add command, but to modify mailboxes is one at a time as far as I know.. You can modify the mailboxID one at a time and not lose password, greetings, or messages.. Sounds like that would be very time consuming on your system, probably easier to just delete and add new with a spreadsheet...

By Mailbox ID, do you mean the mailbox number? Can you "change" a mailbox's number? I was under the impression that you could not. But if you can, it would be a very pleasant surprise. Thanks.
