Hi,

I am at a company where they have 4 different hunt groups.

They want to use call park 1, 2 and 3 between the different huntgroups.

I created a group with all users to put as the action data but then it does not show who is using cp1, 2 or 3.

How do I get the system to show if a call park is in use? Should I use different action data for each call park?

P.s when they place someone on park at present it does not show that cp1, 2 or 3 is in use or not.

If you hit help it actually describes it quite nicely
But the action data is the differentiator for the park buttons. :)

action data is 1 2 or 3 on the zones so action data 1 is for call park zone 1, how are they currently programmed?
