I have a client that has a few IP Offices, all on R8. They have been using the call listen function for quite some time now. They asked if it's possible for the person listening to the call to butt into the conversation and turn it into a 3 way conference call. The only thing that I know of would be call whisper which is only halfway achieving what the client is looking for. Does anyone know if this is possible?
