Can the Mitel SX-200 be programmed to allow call forwarding off-net or what are the codes to do this

You'll have to clarify what you mean by off net.

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

I want to call forward an Ext to my cell phone

Ah, ok then

First you need Call Forward External in the COS of the station
Then you need Trunk to trunk COS options in the trunk COS (in 313-319 range)
Then you need Device Interconnection for the trunks (form 30)
I belive there may be a system option 21 or 22 for external forwarding (not sure)

Assuming all programming is in place to allow forwarding external.

Create a speedcall on the system either on a line key of the phone or as a system speedcall in form 31

Use superkey (or FAC) for forward always and then press the speeddial key (or system code)

Thank you very much I will let you know if I have any questions!!
