call charging amounts not correct (ringmaster)

Hi everybody,

I've just checked the bill from our phonecompany against our bill and i see a huge difference. Now i believe that ringmaster is not using the correct charging amounts (cost per minute), is there a way to correct this? I found some access tables on the ringmaster system that might have these settings but they are password protected by our supplier (i think) so i can't open them (yet). Any help is appreciated.
 
MOST MAKERS OF CDR SOFTWARE SEND OUT THE UPDATES AS LONG AS YOU STILL IN GOOD GRACES WITH THEM, IN OTHER WORDS NO PAY NO UPDATES

well since we own the meridian system and there are no software update contracts we won't be recieving them patches. They won't tell me where to update this because i don't have an update contract with them.
 
Ringmaster is not part on Nortel and has nothing to do with the switch.
 
Ringmaster is a product from Soft-Ex (new name) try contacting them directly ( I used the STM (Soft-Ex Telephony Manager) before and were able to hand over the new cost tables from my telco provider in a predefined format and received the config file from them in return.
