Busy Lamp Field Sidecar Issue 1

I have a tech that recently moved a telephone with a 24 button BLF on it to a new location. When he plugged it in at the new location, it would not come up. If he removes the BLF, then the phone comes up just fine.

Any ideas on what we can do to fix this issue?

What type of phone system is this? The DBS and 576 phone systems require a separate port for the BLF add on. Also the BLF is programmed to communicate with a single digital phone port on the system. I cant speak for KXT line products....I do not know if they work in a similar way.
