When recording an announcement from my station i'm receiving a busy signal when playing it back.
My COS assigned to my station has 'Y' for the console permission.
I'm using the right FAC code.
Even if I use a previous extension assigned to an announcement and try to re-record over it, when I play it back I receive a busy signal.

I did a List Trace

This is me recording it and then playing it back.

Any suggestions to what may be the problem?

I'm using an S8400.

Are you waiting long enough for the recording to store? I would record it and wait about 30 seconds and then call it.
