Hello all,

I'm looking for a ball-park figure for the install of a 600 user site, as my company is thinking of breaking out from its current managed service.

I'm thinking 2*S8730's,
2 or 3 G650's to cover the users and analogue cards, DS1's, ipsi, medpo, clan etc

I believe that i'll have to go the MM route for voicemail, as there isn't a intergrated version on the S8730's. Is this correct?

I do have a load of DCP TN2214B cards and a load of old 6408D handsets, would these still be usuable on a new system?

I would rather go IP straight off, but £'s is a consideration.

I know I'm asking how long a piece of string is, but any thoughts on a figure would be much appreciated. Its a bit hush hush right now in the very early stages, so I don't want to get into the Business Partner quote just yet, so even a rough idea would be great.

Many thanks

Without knowing specifics its hard to give you a rough number. I'd say 1 million dollars + or - several hundred thousand. Best bet is to contact a BP.

You can get an idea of hardware costs by checking/comparing several online stores. Do Not make any decision based on the hardware pricing. You need a detailed list of 'Requirements' based on features and functions. It is the Licensing that is going to Co$t. You will not be able to make an accurate assessment of cost without approaching a business partner and talk about Licensing for your Needs.

Cheers Guys

I'll talk to a BP and go from there
