Hi,

I know that this may not strictly be the right place to ask the following question but this group gets far more traffic than the ISDN one.
I have been asked to set up ISDN for a streaming video at work. My experience of ISDN is limited to messing around with BT Highway a while back. I know how ISDN works as far as the B channels and D channel, etc but still have some questions. We have 4 BT ISDN 2e boxes in our cabinet which look nothing like what I've used before, 2 for internet access, and 2 for dedicated uses. 1 of these is free for my use. At present, I've patched one port from the ISDN box to my office so I can experiment. I have a laptop with a PCMCIA ISDN card installed and working. I have been told that as the PCMCIA ISDN card is cabable of 128K, then using one line off of the BT ISDN box will give me the 128K needed. I'm not so sure about this, so advice here would be good. There are switches on the bottom of the ISDN box which I'm not sure about either. The IN/OUT switch? (I'm assuming here that it's the obvious, incoming or outgoing flow of traffic, but again, confirmation would be good). The 'S' switch and also the small square hole marked 'L'? Also, is there any way that I can test this set-up before the deadline?

Lastly, if I'm not making myself at all clear, this is the final set-up I'm looking for.

* 1 Laptop with PCMCIA 128K ISDN card.
* Use the ISDN box to take a streaming video from a
location in the field. This location will be videoing and
streaming it to a list of set numbers.

Thanks for any help anyone can offer.
