We have 2 subnets here at the office x.x.100.x and x.x.150.x
The server has 2 network cards in it one for each subnet, both use the same subnet mask and the PDC (the computer with 2 network cards) is a master browser. I have looked up some things on knowledge base with this tried having browsing turned on for only one of the 2 cards and then set wins to the address of the card it is on for, but still the computers on each subnet cant see each other through network neighborhood. Oh the PDC is also a WINS server.

The computers can ping others on their subnet and the other subnet via IP or name, so routing is working correctly, but we cannot browse one subnet from the other.

Please help.

Install a WINS server in both subnets,
make sure all the clients on both of your subnets are pointing to WINS server A and B
You could also consider setting up replication between both WINS servers (as long as the computer names are different throughout both subnets it should work fine) and then let your clients point to the local WINS server

On the multihomed server, I wouldn't set any WINS service at all...

Wins is setup on the multihomed server, the BDC is a mirror of that sever so both have 2 network cards. I was going to try binding the wins server to only one of the cards on each one. The wins clients are already replicating between each other. The PDC gets wins addresses from both subnets right now its just the browsing that is broken not name resolution.
