Bridged appearance

x268949 and x268989 each have a bridged appearance of x266198 which has new voicemails on it, but neither of these users are able to reach that voicemail properly from their phones... They can call in and check their main extension voicemails but not the bridged line appearance's voice mail.

any suggestions? what do i check?

Are you saying you cannot dial the voicemail box through the bridged appearance key ? You can if you wanted have a msg-wt key for the x266198 on the each of these phones or an autdial key with te VM access + the X266198 entry on it with it for quick access to the that voicemailbox .

Users can access VM on their station but not access VM on
Shared(bridged) station x266198....

User also mentioned that they used to be able to use the arrows to highlight the extension and then press the "select" key and then the message button to check the voicemail but now the "select" softkey isn't displaying and the OK button isn't working.

how do i restore 'select" softkey?
