Hi, what is the best solution for this.
Secratary wants to answer the bosses calls on her phone.
It needs to ring at both extensions at the same time and she needs to know its his line not hers. If the call goes unanswered. it goes to bosses vmail.

Simple solution is a COVER BUTTON for his extension.

What system are you running? Almost any Merlin with voice mail integrated will have the COVER feature, but perhaps you have something different?

I would use share system access, she can screen,pick up call put on hold , announce ,then the boss, have used it many times, its usally what they want
