Bogen multicom 2000

I have classroom phone that doesn't not ring??!?!?!?
I removed the phone and tried it in another room....it rings!
Install phone to the original classroom and nothing!

Please Help

Well since it does not work you should call a tech to site as it could be anything from the jack, cable in wall/ceiling, MDF terminal, card, programming etc.
