Bloodhound.Packed

Norton antivirus is detecting Bloodhound.packed and cannot remove it, nor can I quarantine it. Dosn't seem to be affecting my computer performance.It keeps popping up with a high risk virus alert named bloodhound.packed. it says that it is unable to repair(i read that it cant repair because NAV cant identify the virus so it doesnt know
what to repair, but i may be wrong). Please help. Here is the properties of the virus:

FileName: Netmsvc.exe
Status: Infected
Current Location: C:\Windows\system32Date Found: 5\10\04
Version: SAV 8.0
