We're getting abuse from an employee's children continually calling in to talk to their mother. Is there a way to block a DID from getting calls from the outside. Isn't there a place in the trunk group that you can delete digits?
Thanks TJ

There's a few ways of doing this but the way I would do it is to replace the employees extension with a non-ddi number.

Then create a vdn with the employees original ddi extension and then point that to a vector which does a check on the ani digits and only routes if they do not match the ANI digits from the employees childrens nuumber.

Hope this helps,

Chris

Be Careful! This sounds like a management problem. As soon as you block this number there could be an emergency and they won't be able to call her... My advice is not to throw technology at a management issue... Good Luck!
