Blinking Button on task bar

I need to make the button for my application on the task bar blink when a certain activity occurs. for example, when a message is recieved in AOL Intsant Messanger, the button for that chat on the task bar blinks. that is, in essence, what i want to do. any ideas? Thanx, Cyprus

I haven't tried this so I don't know if it will work. Make two icons for your program. One a different color from the other. Then have your app change the icon back and forth. The problem is I don't remember how to have a program change it's own icon.
