Blacklist checking

It often comes up that someone says they have either sent or been sent an email that never arrived and apart from the obvious checks, the appearance of the senders IP address on a blacklist is becoming more of a likelyhood.

I have found many web sites that do checks, but with some blacklists being checked on one site but not on another, it is difficult to know who to rely on.

Can anyone suggest a web site that does comprehensive and up to date checks for blacklisted domains? I don't mind paying.
