Ok here is my problem.
I have a user who when trying to sync with outlook and Intellisync just quits with out an error.
He is using outlook 2003 with the latest version of the desktop manager.
I also upgraged the firmware to 4.0
I tried to delete the desktop manager profile(saw this from another thread)
and none of this seems to be working...it seems like fewer things are now working...
does anyone have any other ideas?????
