I recently did a re-install of solaris 7.
Things started to go funny, when I logged into an another user, i got a page full of errors regarding BAD CPU and a list of hex numbers and hardisk slices.
The machine then rebooted.
Now noting boots, it jus times out for ARP/RARP thing.

Is my harddrive screwd.
On thing that I noticed during install was the console window sad something about bad inodes or something like that.

What has gone wrong, are there any fix's or should I be contacting my retailer.

thanx.

Are you using sun box or x86?
In sun box try to check your prom setting of boot device is boot-device=disk
