I am migrating our Domino BES 2.2 to a new server.
My plan is :-
Install Domino and Bes on new server offline using same name, SRP etc.
Take old server offline.
Copy Blackberry User Profiles, Blackberry Outgoing Queue, Blackberry State Databases, Blackberry Directory Database and Blackberry Statistics Database to the new server.
Put new server on line.
Can anyone see any flaws in this plan ?
Thanks

i have never used domino, but why put the BES and email software ont eh same server?

The BES is an "add in" to the Domino server and works as part of it. I am by no means a Domino expert so I can't tell you exactly why I'm afraid. The Domino with BES add in forwards/retrieves emails to/from the normal Domino server.
By the way, I did try my plan. All was well receiving mails to the handhelds but I could not send mail, even though the "sent" mails ended up in the sent mail folder of my Domino mailbox !
