BEEP included in Voicemail Pro Recording

Hi Everyone!

A BEEP is included in front of the VMPro Recordings when we use Avaya Phones. We are not experiencing this issue when we use our Cell Phones to do the recordings.
Could this be a DTMF issue?

It was 9.1.5 and we have upgraded to 9.1.6 but the issue still not resolved.

What platform is VM Pro running
Windows, Application or UCM ?

Windows, just to clarify i also got the same issue when i record by using EditPlayList with Telep[hony Handset as the media device.

When i reduce the volume to the lowest value, the beep disappear when i listen to my VMPro recordings. Any ideas why this is happening?

Are you using Handset, Headset or Speaker when recording the message?

I have tried both Handset and Speaker with no success.
