BCM50 Prompt "beep" to leave message is missing

I have an after hours message recorded and system does pick up after 4 rings as configured and plays the message, however at end of message theres no "beep" prompt to leave a message.

Any suggestions??

Dead air at end of message, after about 10 sec it says "one moment please, operator is not available" , please leave a message.

How can I get a beep prompt immediately at the end of the message?

Sounds like the Auto Attendant is answering instead of a mailbox.Change the forward no answer from 4 to 2 and see if it answers any different.
