BCM50 block set display on incoming caller ID

BCM50 1.0 with pri

I was hoping to block the telephone set name displaying on caller ID. Customer has several BCMs, and any calls from branch to branch are tagging a set name onto the normal caller id name display; display is proper on outside calls from other companies.

For example:

Acme Company
x.221 Bob
x.222 Jim
If jim calls bob on a did/outside line, the name display shows "AcmeJim".

Hoping for a way to kill this / hints on where to look.

In programming...
Acme is under Business Name
Jim is under OLI on that set.

The options are to remove the company name, remove the set name or remove the private OLI from the sets. If the company name is removed, then no name is sent. If the set name is blank, then all the user will see is the company name. If no privae OLI is sent, then no set name is sent either, just the company name.

Update - no success

Removing Private OLI had no effect.

Removed Public OLI - name displayed properly, but no outbound number.

Network config guide page 531 - "Your system sends the Business Name concatenated with the set name on an outside call but only after the Business Name has been programmed."

Why????
