We have a BCM50 phone system, yesterday what we suspect was the hard drive was making a loud racket, now the system will not bootup, has 2 amber leds.

We're dead in the water.

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated

Try a level 2 reset. If that does work call your vendor to get the hard drive replaced. Level 2 reset wipes the programming and keycodes.

meant to say if it DOESN'T work call your vendor. u may want to call your vendor regardless.
