I have a BCM450 Rls 5.0 with Call Center active. I am confused over the amount of ports/channels that the voice mail and the Call Center have dedicated and/or share. Does the BCM450 come default with the maximum channels available for both to share or do you have to increase the channels somewhere? If so what is the maximum ports/channels and where do I alter these? Any recommendations on the settings for dedication?
Thanks, 1st BCM450 and ICCR so sorry if this sounds elementary.

No, by default I believe the VM/CC utilizes 10 ports. But this can be increased. But I would be careful as if you already have created the skillsets, that the change may take over some of the CDNs used in the skillset.

Note: When troubleshooting problems with Voice Mail, Call Centre or IVR not
answering calls, you should check if any voice ports assigned to the
