We upgraded a BCM 200 to a BCM450 with the upgrade kit. We also installed the Capacity Expansion Card (CEC)in the 450 and it is alive and well. However when we added 50 additional IP phone key codes to the BCM 450 the extra DNs show up as application DNs, not IP phones. The application DN’s (in the “all DN’s” field) are not changeable. There’s no dropdown to change this to an IP phone. The application resources show the extra licensed IP phones with a 0 as minimum and MAX as maximum. My question is; what am I missing? Why don’t the extra licenses place 50 more IP DN’s available for use?
