what is the version for the I2050 that will support vista and windows 7. Does anyone have the part number or version needed?

Try 2.01.0260. I am still running XP, but I believe it's the latest version available. It's not the cheapy free version that came with the older BCMs, but the version that is ordered from Nortel.

I use 2.02.0264 on XP but installed it on Vista and Windows 7 and tested ok.
If on Vista make sure to set Quality in Audio settings to 1 or 2.
