BCM 50 Music Option Missing from Applications

Hello,
I have a BCM50 that I want to enable "music on hold" but when I log into element manager and go to "applications" there is no option for music as there is on my other BCM's.
Does anyone know why this could be, or even better how to get this option to come back?

The Music option wasn't available for the BCM 50 Version 1 systems. What is your version?.

Yes, you can upgrade to Version 2 onwards. However, you can connect up a CD Player to the Music port and use that instead, or just set "tones" to be used for Music on hold.
What I meant to say was that the "Music" Server was added in at Default from version 2.

Thanks for the help. Will I have to contact norstar direct to get an upgrade on the software or is it freely available via the web?

You might be able to find the upgrade software, but you will need to contact nortel or a partner to get the upgrade keycode.
