I have a rls 4 BCM 400 with Intell. contact center. What is needed for reporting. Is it just the keycode? Also where will I view the reports?

BCM 4.0?

There is an app you have to install on a box with IIS running. If you browse to the IP of the BCM and then go to the Business Applications link it should appear there. Nortel Contact Center Reporting is the name.
I have to say I have had a lot of trouble with it, but mine was on the BCM450 platform so it may be a version issue. Lot of trouble with the encryption getting out of whack and other oddities.
