BB 7750 severe issues

Woke up this am to find that the backlight doesn't work. Either do most of the keyboard buttons. Tried a cold boot to no avail. The thing wasn't dropped nor was anything spilled on it. Worked fine last night.

Only a few mos old. Lemon?

Since it is a few months old, it should be under warrenty. You should call and get it replaced. You tried the cold boot and that didn't work. I had one that came right out of the box that way and had to get it replaced. Nothing worked to fix it.

have you attemted a hard-reset on the device, I had this issue once and it was resolved.

We have about 70 of the 7750 model BB's and have had many issues them. ie keys stop working, screen dies, battery won't charge, bang or drop it and its toast.

Switched to the 7250 model and they seem to be more durable.
