Backup Operator in Subscriber mailboxes

I have a few users who have other extensions as their
backup operator > when I call in from outside I get the
personal greeting I dial 0 and it tells me

"that extension does not answer press 1 to dial another mailbox " tried different extensions that are users and who also have mailboxes.

is there a setting to allow transfer out of a mailbox like in the Intuity systems its a Allow Transfer
parameter where you have to enter in a valid range to allow transfers out of an Audix Mailbox .

The covered dial 0 extension is not busy , is there an issue if trying to point to a non-extension number

like a x-ported extension , VDN - route to vector
using T1 Qsig trunks between MM and System

So I have a scheduled assigned for Operators in the TUI > receptand have enabled it for a given user in the subscriber options but still getting the verbal prompt
when dialing zero from a mailbox

" that extension does not answer to enter another number press 1 if you want to leave a message for this person press 2 for assistance press 3 to exit press * "

Ok so the schedule in the user's subscriber options says
when to go to backup Operator's mailbox like an out of hours destination > leaving it as none should say that the dial zero from the user's Greeting is available at all times no ??

Yes the setting is in the VMSC under auto att or users where you tell it transfer invalid during and after hours

We ended up rebooting the MAS as it seems to have funny issues when off-line and the MSS was replaced with reagrds
to dial 0 from subscribers as wellas transfer option from all caller Apps not working >

reboot MSS > wait until it came back up

reboot MAS > wait until it came up

able to dial 0 from multiple subscribers & dial through Caller Apps menu ..... it seems the MM thought all ports were busy when trying to transfer out / it then came back with " I am sorry that extension is busy " when in fact it was not just the error event showed the transfer failure
as no open ports
