Backup operations fail

I am currently running Brightstor ES. My backups all fail in the job screen. When I check the Activity log it looks as though certain files are backed up but not a ceratin directory. Instead I receive the following errors:
Unable to connect to network drive (Drive=PAR2SVCTRAIN\ADP, EC=BAD NETPATH)

Unable to connect to network drive (Drive=PAR2SVCTRAIN\ADP, EC=REM NOT LIST)

Would anyone know what this could mean?
