Backup Exec 8.6 Build 3878

I've recently taken over looking after a couple of Windows 2000 Servers, one with Exchange 2K running on it, and both of them are using Backup Exec 8.6 Build 3878, the Exchange server also has the Exchange Server Backup agent installed, and everything appears to be fine.
However, I am attempting to update the software on the servers to the latest release levels and I am unable to locate if any of the Backup Exec Hotfixes have been applied.
Can anyone tell me where I would find this information?

Also, is there anyway of downloading the hotfixes in a cumulative pack, rather than downloading each individual service pack and applying in numerical order.
