Hi,

I have recently had a customer accidently delete a report which I had created for them using Report Designer. I have 2 questions:

1) Is there anyway of recovering the deleted report?

2) Is there a way that I can backup reports that I have created to avoid this happeningn again in the future?

Thanks Ash

1) Not that I'm aware of

2) Yes. Highlight the report in the "Select a Report" window, then click Copy, then select To a PC File and OK. Select where you want to copy it to and there you go.

To copy it back to the CMS system if deleted, go to the Select a Report window, select the appropriate tab Real-Time, Historical, Integrated the report should go into, select Copy, then select From a PC File to the CMS Server, find the file and click on Open.
