Avaya softconsole

Hi, we have softconsole on our main offices reception desk and the installation was done on each pc. We didn't download the software but just bought it from our supplier and they shipped the cd (and updated the licenses).
The cd comes with a installation guide on pdf format that helps you with the installation.
the process is - if I remember correctly - install the software on each pc. then with the masterdirectory create a directory file, then with configuration manager configure each softconsole (can be either ip or digital) and finally assign the directory created to the console.
