Hello,

i need to migrate previous Release licenses from 8.1 to 10.1 , the doc says that i need to upload the zip file (or xml file) to the AVAYA ONE SOURCE CONFIGURATOR, where i can find it ? and how its work ? and is the BP can use it for free or need a quote from avaya for the migration ?

i send the file to our distributor and they take care of the whole thing. once its ordered, they send me the LACs and I can assign them from there.
