Avaya IPO 500 v 9.0.7 CallCentric sip send caller's DID PLEASE HELP!!!

I CAN CALL IN AND OUT JUST CANT GET CID OUTBOUND TO WORK AND IM ABOUT TO SHOOT MYSELF

Has anyone setup CallCentric with AVAYA IPO and sucessfuly set it up so the calling extensions DID is pushed out..

i have tried so many settings over the past 6 days im ready to.....

why does it have (P Ass ID) or (Remote P ID) if there is no where to input the data or a clear place to enter the number.
is there anywhere someone may know if there is documentation on this to send the correct information and settings?
am i crazy? well i know im crazy cause i install IPO but anyhoo.. how are you
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE PUT ME OUT OF MY MISSOURI?

I've liked Missouri, personally. Georgia is nice though.

Caller ID using SIP is pretty simple, typically.
Do you have a URI with "use internal data" for the first three settings, and a different outbound group id? If you populate the users SIP tab with their DID, and send their calls over ARS that points to that group ID, it'll send their caller ID. Have you tried that?

I have not as i have never used ARS for much.
PLEASE ELI5 me.. If you have any detail as to the ars setup that would be immensely appreciated.
I have to send out the authentication 1777------- number to call centric for the call to complete.
I attached a sip packet capture from monitor if you have time to look first call completes second on gets rejected only thing i change is in the uri i set to use internal data, then i put the number in
in the extension sip tap SIP Name.

When i goes through ARS the local URI will send it correctly?
I have installed maybe 150+ systems not more than 60-70 extensions though small time stuff.
a couple years ago i decided to move to a real IP system and learned some new systems that just work. I know I Know don't be a hater...
I can't for the life of me wrap this around my brain. Maybe as I've gotten older my brain will not except anything confusing.

Every time i play with the settings on the URI use internal data for the local URI the system will not dial out call rejected?? I guess i just don't know the system well enough after 8 years but it has changed so much that is why i had to get out.

When you use "Internal data" on the SIP URi you need to enter the outgoing CLI you wanna show on each users SIP tab.

As long as you don't use "Ns" to set the outgoing CLI on the dial shortcode it will use this information.

Persistence equals perseverance after much testing and not taking anything avaya had to say at face value I got to the solution.
With no help and amazing technical ability on my part... lol just kidding mostly had to do with CallCentric tech and him not letting this one go also a close friend whom I have never met formally has always helped me when in need. ty techquest bman! and of course tek-tips tyty

Well here is the solution as i think it is my obligation to give back.

IF YOU NEED TO SEND MULTIPLE DID CID INFO FROM DIFFERENT EXTENSIONS THIS IS THE SOLUTION THAT ELUDED ME FOR SO LONG AND ITS NOT COMPLICATED AS I ONCE THOUGHT.
If your SIP PROVIDER IS CALLCENTRIC OR REGISTERED BASED AND EXCEPTS P ASSERTED OR METHOD THIS SHOULD WORK ON IPO 9.0.... CAN'T SPEAK FOR ANY OTHER VERSION... NO OTHER COMMENT IS NEEDED ON THAT ONE...

PREREQUISITES :
- SIP TRUNK REGISTERED WITH THE ACTUAL DID'S REGISTERED TO THE SIP TRUNK
- ABLE TO MAKE & RECEIVE CALLS ON THE SIP TRUNK
- SHORT CODE SET TO DIAL OUT THROUGH THE SIP TRUNK NOT ...ARS... NO SHORT CODES ON THE USERS

(ONLY 2 TABS MATTER FOR THIS ONLY 2)
FIRST GO TO YOUR SIP LINE TRUNK
- THEN GO TO THE { SIP URI} tab
- THEN APPLY THESE SETTINGS

Via [ <None> ] (should be default)

Local URI [ Use Credentials User Name ] (this is important setting)
Contact [ Use Internal Data ] (not so much important)
Display Name [ Use Internal Data ] (not so much important)
PAI [ Use Internal Data ] !!! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT IT ALLOWS THE USER SIP TAB TO BE POPULATE SO THE ( SIP NAME BECOMES PAI) !!!
!!! SO WHATEVER YOU PUT IN THE USER SIP TAB [SIP NAME} ARE ie: SIP Name [555-555-5555] THAT NUMBER WILL BE SENT OUT TO SIP SERVER AND USED AS THE CID!!!
!!! TO BE CLEAR ONCE AGAIN (PAI) IS SET TO INTERNAL DATA IT ACTIVATES THE SIP TAB IN THE USER - {SIP NAME} WILL BE THE PAI ID NUMBER!!!
!!! NOW YOU CAN SEND WHATEVER DID YOU WANT TO THERE NETWORK AS LONG AS THE DID IS ON THERE SERVICE.!!!

THE REST OF THE SETTINGS SHOULD BE DEFAULT.
Save it will Immediate the system

once system is back up got to your user and enter the SIP tab
- then in the

(PAI) SIP Name [ 1-###-###-#### ] (your DID you want to send)
SIP Display Name(Alias) [ <default> is fine ] (this can be left default doesn't effect PAI)
Contact [ <extension #> ] (this can be left default doesn't effect PAI)

WORKS 100%

and that is it lady's and gentlemen one week of trying to find the needle in the hay stack.
