Hello,
I'm new the Avaya and IP Office (I have acquired this mess from someone else). My client has 2 offices; office 1 has ext's of 300-400, office 2 has ext's of 100 only. When in office 1 I push ext 146... when I push 1 i get incompatible.
office 1 is on 6.2(20) manager office 2 is on 5.2(67).

All ext in office 1 I can call from office 1 only.
All ext in office 2 I can call from office 2 only.

Any help wold be great.

Mark

Sounds like user 146 no longer exists or the label on the phone is wrong. You should hire a business partner to upgrade both sites to the same level and give you some training.

My best .02 for you.

indeed. this will require a little more than a post in here.

It could be very simple or complex.

where are you based?

Check for a shortcode in office 1

Look for one that start with 146
