Hello All,

I've got an issue with set a PIN for international and premium rate calls. I've tried to set an Account Code, but no luck, same story with auth code. Does

anyone of you Guys know how to set it up. We got a new 11.4 IPO which would be in production next week, one of requests was to set PIN for 10 phones when they

would want to dial INTERNATIONAL or Premium Rate calls.

Please help,

would appreciate!
Wojtek.

Hi Okkie,

nope VM PRO is not installed on this location, just IPO

Then, at the user.

Add shortcodes
123400N, dial, N, 50.
000N,barred, N, 50
0N, dial, N, 50.

(assuming you are using 0 to make external calls and 1234 is the pincode)

So, basically you are changing the ARS code for internation calls to 1234 instead of 0.

Hi Okkie,

many thanks for such details, correct me if I'm wrong with below

Add shortcodes
123400N, dial, N, 50.
000N,barred, N, 50
0N, dial, N, 50.
(assuming you are using 0 to make external calls and 1234 is the pincode)
So, basically you are changing the ARS code for internation calls to 1234 instead of 0.

dial out is by 9, than 00 to dial international, so it should be like below?

1234900N, dial, N, 50 (if 50 is main ARS)
900N, barred, N, 50
9N, dial, N, 50

Am I right?

Almost (but it's my mistake...)

1234900N, dial, 00N, 50 (if 50 is main ARS)
900N, barred, N, 50
9N, dial, N, 50

Hi Okkie,

I've just tested this setup from my IPO, UK one is not avail today. I've this for my location as below (international calls 000xxx)

1234000N, dial, 00N 50

000N, barred, N 50

all calls 000 and 1234000N are barred, where I've made a mistake?

below ARS from 000 IPO

Why is 000N going to a different trunk then (?) ?

Try to remove the 000nN in ARS 50.

Okkie,

Today I'm working from home, and none of my colleagues is in the office anymore. I would check it on Monday and back to you with the results.

Hi Okkie,

seems the problem is still exist. I've removed 000N from MAIN ARS (50), set as below and 000N is BARRED as requested, but 1234000N is not working either, just insert 123400049xxxx and call is not established, no even waiting signal

current setup on IPO

1234000N, dial, 00N 50

000N, barred, N 50

0N, dial N 50

You're almost there,

But I need both configs in order to help you out.

I think I did help you in the right direction, now it's just routing in the ARS.

Hello Okkie,

sorry for late answear, I was on a business trip. I've sorted it out by just adding an Account Code (1234) without any CLI, and two more parameters in System/Telephony: Dial Delay Time increased to 3s, and Dial Delay

Count decreased to 0s, and it's started working.

Many thanks for your time and have a great day ahead.

cheers
Wojtek.
