Our sales manager is looking for a way to nofify our sales agents that they are on Aux work. We have the call center setup to put people on Aux work if the call RONAs on them. We also have it go to Aux Work for 30 secs after someone finishes on a call.
They feel as tho a lot of people are going on Aux Work and forgetting ot Aux In when they get back to their desks. Is there any way to have the disply on the phone or the message waiting light flash if they are in Aux Work for 10 minutes or something like.
I'm not sure what can be done to help them on this.. My thought was if you don't AuxIn.. you don't get paid.. but people didn't really like that idea. I'm open to suggestions on this one.
