As the message says, what significance are these on an 8X24 or any other system that has them?

On the punch down, there are Aux. telephone, which I assume is for a regular analog line, Page Control, and Page Line Out.

What kind of speaker/output can I use with this line out?

aux - is for an external ringer
page is paging thru an amp to speakers/horn setup

get a vendor to set it up - if there is a need for these
