I see how you define Aux Reason Codes in CMS and in the PBX under system-parameters features you can set up the system to force the agent to enter a reason code...but what is the function in the PBX under reason-code-names? Is that for people that use BCMS and not CMS? Thanks

AUX Reason Codes

This is so you can enter a descriptive name for the reason, which can then display on the agent's CallMaster terminal (if the terminal has a display and button programmed for displaying the reason).
