Automate patch installation

Hi

I have tested patches & installed on a central server.Would like other servers to install the patches from central server if patches exist in /patch directory.

Servers should check the central server /patch directory if patches exists bring the server down to single user and install the patches using a script & display whether it'successful or not + reboot for normal operations.

Any suggestions about automation & script
