Auto attendant issue

I have an auto attendant 7202 that transfers to a phone. if that phone is fowarded to another phone with voice mail. That mailbox does not answer. I get ring no answer. I do have SFA in the Class of service for the first phone

You need SFA in CLS of the 2nd phone, not the first one. But putting it in both wont hurt either.
