Audio Trouble on IP trunks S8700

I have a S8700 connected to a service bureaus G600 gateway, Via aar I am sending 84266, they recieve the caller ID and number but they have no audio path.. Have similiar arrangement using 51003 and it works as planned, identical except for numbers being sent. This is their response to this issue "My agents are all receiving calls with an “IA” whisper, and a ghost call. On Avaya they get xtn 7507." I have checked the codecs, aar routing, diiigit analysis, what else do I need to check on my end?
