Attendant Console Issues

Hi, we run CM 4.2 and have a number of Attendant Console Users. A lot say thestatus of the users is not displayed correctly, showing everyone in their team as logged out (we sue ext mobility heavily)

Does the software stop in anyway after a period of inactivity?

Does the software not update as quickly if there is a lot of pull on the server from phones ext mob etc

Has anybody else had these issues and if so what was your resolution.

We had a similar issue. I believe what fixed it was either editing the LMHOST or HOST file on the PC to be sure it could get to the servers or it could have been a DNS issue with the internal DNS server. Might check on this.
 
OK thanks for doing that.

We have 3 call managers and i'm thinking that it maybe a CTI issue, in that the AC client attaches to a CTI server to access phone state information.
I might restart the CTI manager but I'm unsure what impact that will have on service.
 
We have seen some strange issues like this on an older system we have at one location, it turned out that there was almost no space left on the server hard drives as monitoring was turned on at some time in the past and never turned off. Once we cleared out the logs, all returned to normal. May be worth a shot .....
