I'm trying to install a terminal emulation program, Rumba 95/NT, on a Windows 2000 PRO box. I am logged in as the Local Administrator. When running the install I get the severe error of "Setup has determined that you do not have the appropriate privileges to install the software correctly. Please log in as Administrator and try again."

The easy resolution would be to say you can't install a Win95/NT program on a Win2000 box. But I'm not sure that is the solution because the error message states a problem with privileges. Any ideas?
