Application error

Hi all,
I have created an application in vb, which reads smi files and send fax thru winfax and makes and excel file, i have installed the applicationn in couple of machines, it was woking and now it is giving this following error.

winfdksdk.EXE - Application Error
The instruction at "0x77da2074" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
